Print Quality Issues 3M IJ180CV3-10

Has anyone been experiencing printing problems on IJ180?
We had the adhesive problem sorted out that 3M had with manufacturing in August and September last year, but now we are getting color problems that we have not seen in the past.
All rip and printer settings are the same. It appears that each roll we try the color is different.
Any help would be appreciated.
