We all have our own way of doing things and many times there might be tweaks or full other ways that we didnt think of based on seeing how "the other guys" do it. I am trying another round of streamlining things more than before and would love to be able to meet up and at the same time extend an invite to us.
We run a more limited set of materials so some things are more streamlined but I am looking at workflow, pre-press and other ideas in general - all those that you dont know till you see.
(years ago we changed packing materials based on what I saw a friends shop and our shipping damages went to almost zero - just 1 example).
I am sure others in other areas can benefit as well. fell free to use this as a general board.
