print to plot software

Hiya,
I have a Mutoh VJ1604 printer and a GCC Jaguar IV plotter. We use Shiraz print server for the printer and Flexi Pro 8.5 for the plotter. Question is, does anyone know of an Illustrator plugin or standalone program that we can use to put the registration marks on the file for printing that the plotter can then read for contour cutting?

can you not use flexi for both?

flexi 8.5 does not have the auto reg marks for the gcc plotter.
