Printable carpet or roll up floor graphic?

One of our local military bases is looking to do a 40'x60' map of the base that they want to be able to roll up when not in use.

I know the tradeshow industry has been using printed carpeting for a while, but I have no idea how feasible the whole idea of one that big is.

Any ideas, suggestions, vendor recommendations?
