Printed Vehicle RTA material?

Normally for printed vehicle graphics that customers install we use air egress cast and mask and hand off to the customer. We have one customer who orders around 25 sets for their trucks every year or so, the graphic is a 18" circle with the logo ... the first time we used 3951ra and backslit them then last year we taped them. He called yesterday to reorder and ask for the them to be backslit with no tape because he doesn't like to wait for the water to dry up to pull the tape:banghead:.
Apparently he has had no issues with wet appling the air release film, but we are now thinking we should stock another roll of 3951 w/o air release and start asking how the customer plans on installing, wet or dry. What is everyone else doing for these? Anyone using 3551 or whatever that would equate from other manufactures vinyl? Or maybe for customers that want to wet app we should just print on white cast cut vinyl?

If it is a solid decal with no contour cutting, then we do not put a mask or back slit.
We print out the 3M install instructions that show how to prep, hinge, and apply the graphics.

RA vinyl does make it EASY for installation, no bubbles and positionable, however RA does need to be posted heated to active the adhesive.

If they are doing turn over that quick on decals that quick then the 3551 will be fine
