Printer now print streak lines not banding

Ok I replaced the black ink cartridge and the yellow cartridge. After running two powerful cleans and now it is printing streaking lines what gives?

I think I figured it out

the file size was way to big for the rip to handle. It weighed in at 2.58g/1.45g when opened in photoshop. I just kept the same dimensions but change the ppi to 72 ppi, and everything seem to print fine
