Printers not initializing.

Hello, It's been a while since I last posted. I'm by far no expert on these things, but when my employee opened up his Onyx Thrive software, he received a Thrive RIP-Queue error and the program just closed. When he was able to successfully get this software open the printers were not being acknowledged. Attached is a screen shot of what he is getting. Is this all on IT? Thank you!

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
I'd restart the computer and see if the issue goes away. You might just have another instance of the software running in the background that didn't properly terminate. Restarting should fix that.
