Printhead needs cleaning or replaced?

Our Canon Arizona is having major issues with Magenta and Cyan. The attach image shows pre-deep clean (red circles) and post deep clean on the top.
Any thoughts on this? We can send it in for a proper deep clean, but would hate to waste money if they just need replaced. Thanks in advance!

Have you opened the service door to wipe the heads with a solution? My acuity would look loke this after sitting the weekend but a wipe down, followed with a long clean for the stubborn channels wpuod clear it up
