Question Printing 10 X 14 on a Gerber Edge 2

I am trying to print a 10X14 design from flexi 12 to gerber edge 2. It will not print the job. It is rotated and if I reduce the size from 10 to 9.5, it will print. The 10 inches is critical. What am I doing wrong. If I reset it to 10, i get a data error 14 which means it is wider than the printer allows. I know the edge will print up to 11.8. Why do you suppose there is a problem?

did you create the file. or receive it from a client?

Was it created in Flexi, or elsewhere?, if not Flexi, do you know where it was created?
Is the artwork all vector, part vector, or a rastor image?
Any masks?, compounds?

Yes it was created in Flexi and has a compound. Do the crop marks have anything to do with it?? I’m using a graphtec as the plotter

The design itself is 10X14. The Crop marks "may" be outside the 11.8 inches. Could that be the problem? If so, is there a way to adjust the crop marks closer to the image so it is withing the 11.8 inches [in Flexi 12]?
