Printing another picture than it's in the software

Hi
I was printing a cut file on my HP 365 Latex, which turned out unusable.
I used Illustrator, added a cutline to my text, and ran it through onyx.
It looked totally fine in Illustrator and in Onyx put it printed badly.
Has anybody seen this before and what have I done wrong?
Please look at the pictures.
The first one is the printed text, the second is how it looked in Onyx and the third is the Illustrator file.

The letter outline was made with a pen stroke, and either the stroke has no ends or the letter has an unclosed vector loop or a vector with the handles turned backwards. In Illustrator, it is correcting the view for this error, so you can't see it.
