Printing Black Instead of Green/Dk Blue

I can't seem to figure it out, I take a file from flexi rip it and in the side bar where is shows the graphic, it shows colors totally off from what they are supposed to be. Whats going on?

RGB file that should be CMYK?

Not the case, actually these are roland versa works colors that I am using.

Sounds like it could be a profile issue. Too much ink turning it black.

Its a custom profile that I created, and has worked for the past 6 months, no issue until recently.

I think I would lower the ink limit a lot and print a small test just to see if the color shifts. If so, then the profile just isn't good for the particular colors & or substrate as is.

Well here is the thing, after it happens I just re-rip the file or re-start the program, and that usually solves the issue. But I'd like a more permanent solution.
