Printing & Cutting Balloons

Hi,

I'm curious.. How do you print on balloons?
Can you buy balloons on a sheet that tear out, or what?
Are they latex printed? Can vinyl adhere to balloons?


I've done some research, and it looks like they are silk screened. They are inflated, but not completely, and then when the laid upon the machine when it presses down it transfers the ink onto them. I've also seen on the net where a university was able to get rig a inkjet printer to print onto balloons. The one thing I seen is that it looks like the balloons are printed one by one...

unless you are talking the mylar ones, then its probably sheet printed, then heat-pressed, then cut
