Printing Flat Black

I have a customer that wants flat black in his race car wrap. How is this done? Is it by Matte Laminate and a Black/Dk Gray color?

could always print/cut/lam with gloss lam..then contour cut and overlay matte laminate the areas that matte is desired.

oracal makes a flat black wrap material, i know avery does as well, im sure almost every manufacturer has a product no need to print all that color.
