Printing Help Needed

I have been using a (used) Roland SC545EX eco sol max printer for a year now without much of any problems. Sunday I decided to do a deep clean on all heads and then pulled the covers off and cleaned everything like I should. Put it all back together did the normal thing (it turned off and I turned it back on). Today I go to print my first job and my burgundy has come out more of a purple and my red has come out more of a pink. I don't understand why this is happening. I send the job to versa works as an eps file (best results when printing) just like have done every other job. I send it as a pdf file i get (very) slightly better results. Basically I am doing the same thing the same way, but this machine seems to not like the colors I am sending it. Can anyone help me with this matter?
