I often have to make film positives in-house for our screen printing department, and for that we use the Gerber Edge FX, printing Jet Black foil to Edge Positive film. Lately, the prints have been coming out strange like in the example photo I've uploaded. I tried using different resolutions (600x300 and 1200x300), changing the heat from Normal to High and back, using regular Black instead of Jet Black, printing 2-3 in a row, etc. Sometimes the characters print out as expected, but when I have, say, 30-up on a sheet, half of them will be bad, some will be good, and others will be somewhere in-between...
Any ideas on what would cause this? Thanks!
