Printing .jpg on sp300 coming out WAY to dark...

Anyone else fix this?

No matter what I try to do, I can't get a .jpg to print properly

Prints so dark it's practically black

I have to lighten the image by almost 80% just to be able to barely make out the image, but then I lose detail

Any ideas?

dont know if this will help, but i had the same sorta thing in versaworks...

had to change colour management raster setting to perceptual (check spelling)
