Printing Labels on jobs with Photo print V6.1?????

Hi All

I need to print labels with Photo print V6.1, however when I select the box for the print labels and marks no labels are printed! Am I missing something really simple?
Really need to get it to work as we are printing some very large tiles for a client and these are crucial to put the job together!

Please help.
