Printing looks like crap on Avery wrap film

Material: Avery MPI 1005 (Wrap Film)
Printer: HP L360 (OEM Inks)

I've printed on this material before with good results, but all of a sudden I'm getting white spots where the ink isn't going down. It looks as if the temperature is too high. I've tried lowering curing temp super low and it doesn't get any better (maybe a touch worse if anything)

I've increased passes, increased ink density, advanced the media 10'+ feet, tried a generic profile.

I can see a few thermal marks from it being too hot, but I lowered temps and nothing seemed to get better. I also tried decreasing the vacuum, but that didn't work either.

Any ideas?

How old is the roll of media? Maybe a migration issue - wipe some of it down with 70% alcohol before printing on it and see if that improves it at all to rule it out.
