Need Help printing margin

i am having some trouble with my jv 33 prints it is printing off the media and i have to shift the prints in the software so that it prints in the position is there a way to set the margin

Not sure about sg5, but in 6 you can set your print area, so just make sure that the print area is set to what your material is.

Ah ok, I see. Have you set your margins on the machine? Function > Select > Margin.
