Printing Problem Update

Hi guys thanks for all the advice, I had the tech guy out today and it seems it was the fuse that has gone on the printhead and the cause was the thin steel box around the printhead scraper had touched it and blown the fuse.(Fank was right) anyhow I have to send the main board away to get it repaired but much cheaper than buying a new board...
