Need Help Printing problems with sp 540v

About had it with this machine. As you can see by the photos red is where it is not suppose to be.

Any suggestions. Have tried Bi-directional adjustments, cleaned and soaked, manual cleaning,
replaced dampers, wipers,etc.
This just started after having to replace the encoder strip and having to change from Flexi 8.6 to 12

Did you do a bias check first to ensure your heads were aligned? Also those heads could do with a good clean or a flush
