printing to versaworks

I am trying to print a 52"x268" image to versaworks from photoshop. I am sending the file over at 72 dpi. What I get when it loads into versaworks is the trash icon beside the file and nothing about the file specifics. If I crop a portion of it, it will load, however and I can print that portion. This is a boat wrap, so I want it seamless. Is my file too wide to load up? Can I change any settings in versaworks to accommodate it?

Are you sending it as a pdf? I believe there is a 200" page size limit on pdf files - try sending as an eps?

You can try saving it at 50% scale. When you pull it into VW, size it up 200% to get final print size.

Unless this is a very finely detailed image that will be viewed at 1 ft away, you shouldn't notice any issues.
