Printing white and metallic using Versaworks

Hey guys,

Friend of mine is trying to figure out how to print white and metallic on his Roland printer using versaworks...,
the problem lays what colors do we assign in the design so the versa works recognizes white and metallic ?
Is the process the same when you name a color in your design software as example for contour cut ...
I am aware how to select the print mode in passes to print white in versaworks I just don't know how to generate these colors
in design soft so versaworks recognizes what color is white and what color is metallic.
Any help would be appreciated.

Which design software are you using? CorelDraw has the Roland Versaworks swatches installed already, just open them as you usually would any other swatch. I believe Illustrator does too.
