Printing with SolJet Pro III on Avery HV1200

I seem to have a problem with the ink not completely covering the material when doing color with 100% fills. I've tried changing the media type and reprinting, but the same problem persists. Also doing an overprint doesn't really solve the problem and only darkens the image. I've attached a picture to show what I mean. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

avery HV1200 is approved for screenprinting. perhaps its dirty media.

I print on HV1200 all the time, no issues so far. Make sure your heat is on, and turned up. I use the Arlon DPF 6000 RIPC profile that I installed for our prints on Arlon. Gives excellent results on HV1200. We always laminate too.
