printing wrong color

customer send me a corel file(cdr).
I opened it and export it to jpeg and print it in versawork.
it is black bg with R37.G37.B37 gray honeycomb.

result came out kind of grape color honeycomb.
I am printing this on 3951ra. I cannot waste it anymore.

what should I do?

you have to save it as cmyk, than measure the black. mostley manual cmyk input is the best.
check also that you printer is calibrated. gray turning in to pink shine looks like calibration problem too.
