Prints coming up short

I seem to lose 1" for every 8 feet printed, on any material. I adjust my micro page feed per material for print quality, but I seem to always lose that inch! This is a problem now. What all sort of tests can I try, or what should I check to adjust this problem?

I have a 1614 and I use the mutoh flexi rip.

Set the Output Size Compensation in Production Manager by select the setup and do Setup->Output Size Compensation...
