Rapid Remover or Right Off, Spray, let it sit, don't let it get dry, scrap off using a plastic scrapper or old squeegee. If it is really old stuff, you'll need to hit it again with Right Off, let sit for a few seconds, and scrape again. Finish with Isopropyl Alcohol to get the rest of the adhesive and the Right Off off. Make sure you do all this in a well ventilated area.

Just remember to throw away any rags or paper towels you use to wipe the "snot" that is the adhesive after the remover starts to work. Don't try to wash the rags in your normal washer, or your spouse will virtually kill you - ask me how I know!

I use Rapid Tac Remover. Spray it on and let it sit for a couple minutes. Clean up with Isopropyl alcohol.
I like to go
Rapid Remover > Rapid Tac > Alcohol
The remover leaves a light oily residue that the alcohol doesn't cut as fast as Rapid Tac.
