Need Help problem printing banners

hi guys, having trouble printing banners, especially people. They are printing very blotchy looking. I've attached a file, take a look around the eyes. Printing on Generic Banner 1 profile which I've done before and it prints great.

I tried another banner material, it looks a lot better. Now how do I manually change the profile settings to a glossier material?

If you include what printer / RIP / type of banner you're using it would be helpful.

Im not sure with that unfocused photo, but it looks like you have to limit ink. If you dont have an i1 to do a proper limit and linearization try using a matte paper profile, a citylight or something like that doesnt accept much ink.
