Problem reinstalling flexi 7.6 - Helppppp!!!!

I was having problems with production manager in flexi - it was just hanging and not connecting to the cutter - so I uninstalled flexi - and now when I try to reinstall flexi the updating dll window flashes at the center of the screen - then the copying files box comes up on the screen top left - it copies a few dll files then the box disappears and nothing else happens - the computer doesn't hang - the installation just stops. I have the dongle plugged in and have tried calling support for help - say they've never heard of this.

Can anyone give me any suggestions - I need any advice !!

Try cleaning the dvd. I've had similar problems installing other software and had to polish out slight abrasions.
