Problem vp-540

I was printing a banner today. High Speed mode sign and display. In the middle of the print it switched to this. So I restarted the print and it printed crappy on the whole thing. What is the deal?
Print heads test print are all there.

Probably a piece of lint or hair on the print head.

Or is that drip part of the design?

Looks like a bad portion of media on the fuzzy part.

Does it run the full length of the material? Was it the beginning or near the end of the roll?

I will check for hair. It was a rush job so i had to finish it.
It is about 1/4 into the roll. It does run the whole 38 inch of the roll on a straight line.

Here is my test print for the banner. Checked for hairs and cleaned printer. Nothing. Put in another roll of material and the print test was perfect. I am assuming my roll of banner has a flaw?

You can delete this.. it is definitely something with the material. I put the old chuck back in and it prints fine to that spot.
