problem when booting my envision

Hi, so I did not use my envision cutter for 1-2 months now. This morning, I had this when I power it up. The fan is working, but other than the black square, I don't have anything else. What I should do?

I've checked the 2 fuses on the back and the one near the electrical outlet and they visually fine (not burn or the small thing broken). Should I check them with a voltmeter before going further?

After that, what should I check?

So I've contacted the dealer here in canada and without seen the machine they told me it was 2 parts to replace.

• EN VISION KEYPAD 3G PLOTTER= 882.52$
• PCA-FAS-3 CONTROL ENVISION= 3917.82$

Does anyone encounter this? At that price, I'm better to find another cutter.

Did you try the factory reset? Hold down the F1 & CANCEL buttons, then power up the machine, release the buttons when you here a long beep.

Thanks, I've tried it before and just tried it now and nothing. Not a beep or anything else on the screen except of the black square.

You could try opening it up and blowing the dust off. Then unplug and re-plug all connections.

Good to know. By the way, is there any service manual out there for this machine? It would help alot.
