I have a problem with black ink print. Please check the attached photo of the test print. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a hard clean, a nozzle wash, or an air purge?

I did hard clean and nozzle wash. I didn't do air purge. I could try that. Is that MAINTENANCE/ AIR PG?
