Problem with ce-2000

This has happened in the past and once again I can't remember how i fixed it. My cutter is cutting text with a slight umm lets say rounded corner on all the blades turns, and then going slightly inside the letters to make them a little off. (hard to describe) I know there is a function in the pro manager if anyone can help.. Please excuse the terminology.

Its your blade offset.... you can set if from the control panel on the cutter.......

You might have to play with the settings to get them just right........
