We recently wiped one of our computers here in the office and re-installed the operating system (Windows XP). I've got all the design software re-installed, but for some reason when I send a print job from Flexi using Flexi Production Manager I get a notification that 'Production Manager has disconnected' and the job fails to print. We connect to the printer through a hub, and I can ping the printer's ip address and bring up the printer management display through a browser - so I know the computer can talk to the printer...but I can't send jobs to it.
Any possible solutions? I've tried re-installing Flexi to no effect.
