Problem with Flexi Cloud on Mac using Parallels

We are using a windows 7 Flexi Starter cloud on a Mac using the Parallels desktop. When we save the file and then try to open it up on our pc, the file is blank and has nothing in it. What is weird is in the preview window in the file browser, we can see all of the designs in there. We have Flexisign pro 10 on one pc and VE LXI master v8 on another pc. We've tried opening up on both PC's and there is nothing in the file. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this?

Flexi cloud files need to be saved down to open them in flexi 8.
maybe try exporting as a flexi 7 or 8. then try opening on the pc
