Problem with JV3-160SP

Hello.

I have a problem with my print head i guess.

The magenta and yellow colors are offset. Picture attached.

The colors are too grainy too.
I did the head adjustment and other maintenance things, but it didnt change.

Does anybody has a clue which problem it is?

It does still look like an alignment issue, even though you've run the patterns via the service menu. What does it look like if you print unidirectionally?
In my experience, the adjustment patterns the printer runs aren't reliable 100% of the time. You may need to manually adjust the numbers according to how the primaries are lining up left to right. I start out aligning everything unidirectionally, then adjust bidirectionally.
