Hey guys, hope you're going well.
We are getting problems with our Mimaki CF3.
Windows 10. Adobe Illustrator 2024. Last CF3 drivers. Last Finecut version.
When we send the file to cut, the info is sent to the machine. The "sending info" banner appears and finishes loading. It starts cutting. One moment after that, an error appears "no response from plotter check whether plotter is in remote mode". Sometimes it doesnt happen and the job is cutted, but usually it can only send 40/140 kb and the error appears. We have tried different computers, different usb cables, but the same thing happens. We cant deal with it, a simple job that could be finished easily, we need all the afternoon to cut it.
