problem with my plotter

hi all i have just bought a mk1 old jaguar 1300 plotter and having problems with it i run signlab 9 print and cut i had the exact same 610 plotter for years and run this without a problem but when i cut on the plotter verticaly its not finishing the cut and cutting eveything but the last letter and the last bit of the weed box its sizing the vinyl at 752 and the cut is only 722 so in theory it should cut it all but it doesn't its totally stressing me out now as i dont want to take it back as had so many good times with my 610 version but need a bigger plotter now do you think this is the plotter or a software problem Thank you for any response and any help Appreciated
