Problem with Royal Sovereign RSC 1400

Hey all,

For some reason the take up reel on RSC 1400L isn't keeping up with our feed roller. The liner slowly starts creeping towards the main rollers and if not caught would end up in between the lam and print.

I can't find anything in the owner's manual on making adjustments for feed or take up rates.

Any ideas?
