I had to take our new computer into the computer doc so now I am trying to install Flexi on our older computer and it keeps telling me it cannot find the security key that matches the password? It was working fine yesterday on the other computer.
Any ideas?
I'm assuming if you are using hard key (needs the USB dongle) version you have installed the drivers for the dongle right? If it's a softkey electronic license version and you did not "deactivate" it on the other computer you might need to call SAi to re-register it on the new computer.
