hmm... That's weird, I've had those issues with the clear PET liner but once we switched to paper it was 100% fine.

Has your roll been dropped on one end causing it to crush? once it comes off the roll it tends to push up if that has happened.

Are you using econovue with the this semi-translucent paper liner or postervue with the thick white liner?

It's a white liner but it tears like paper. the lable has CFEABW on it. But I tried searching for it and nothing.

It prints fine if you can keep the edges from lifting and catching on the carriage. I guess I'll just monkey with the heat settings. It'll be a PITA but it's what we Printer Operators have to do.

We just went through the same issue with 3M IJ8171 perf with clear liner. It won't lay flat even with minimum heat. Head strike every time. Our IJ66 perf with paper liner works perfect! Now I just hope my supplier will let me exchange the 2 rolls I have in stock to a version with a paper liner.
