Problems Updating the Firmware of my FX

The reason for updating is that occasionally I get a Syntax error on the FX display. Searching for this error suggests a firmware update will resolve it.

I believe I'm doing everything ok but I can't seem to complete an update!

The FX is Offline.
IP address of the FX in Explorer takes me to the Welcome screen.
I click Update
Browse to the file just downloaded - EdgeFX_P0_Build_16.gsp
Click Send
Progress goes to 100%
I wait for the Status page to display the results, but nothing appears.
The FX displays 'Update mode'
Wait longer .......

Eventually I click to cancel

All my fault, I was using CHROME rather than Explorer as per the instructions!
