Problems with cut line on heat transfer material...

I am printing on Stahls express print with my roland versa-camm and the cut line is wayyy off! I can print/cut large graphics on any other material fine but for some reason when I print (even small logos) on heat transfer the cut line is shifted. Anyone have any ideas or tips for me? Thanks in advance!

hmm good question...kinda weird cutting is off on one specific material. do you notice if it is on off any particular side?

Yes, it's always shifted down or to the left if you're facing the printer. I don't understand since it only happens on this material!:O Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen....
