Production Manager Error Code 10

When ripping a file for print, if i check the overlap box in the panel tab, and set my overlap size, I get an error code 10. The error box reads "Caught Exception, Error Code 10".

Anyone experience this problem? I have no problem ripping files when I am not required to panel the print.
