Production Manager Freezing at 25% Printing

Version 8.1 pro....was working fine, now I send a file through to my printer, and it never gets past 25%...and the printer never starts but does say recieving port, left it on overnight and it still did not finish...anyone have any ideas?

Power off the printer, shutdown and restart Flexi. Restart the printer and open production manager... Go to Setup>Test Print

See if it does the test print from the software.

If not, Reset the Preferences to Default and setup the printer again.

Question: same file keeps freezing or all files sent?

That did the trick! I restarted several times, but never thought about powering off the machine!
