Production Manager trouble

Has any one had trouble with Production Manager not clearing the jobs that are sent to the Envision 375?

Since I installed the release software of Flexi 7.5 the job will cut until it reaches 99% then the job will not move on to 100% thus the plotter acts like it is in use and can not be used until the job has been deleted. Often Production Manager needs to be shut down and restarted also the job will have to be deleted from the folder where Flexi is set to keep its temp files.

Problem solved

For our set up using the Envision 375 under Port Settings I changed the Flow Control to None this seems to have solved our problem.:signs101:
