Production Manager wrong orientation on print files

We recently upgraded our Flexi Suite and now production manager in flipping files around to the wrong orientation and for the life of me I can't figure out what is wrong.

I have attached 3 screen captures 2 of them are jobs incorrectly orientated and the 3rd are the default settings.

If anybody can tell me what is going wrong I would be most grateful.

Going through and having to open up 15 x 2m files and re-orienting them before I can print is painful.

Yes when I have to re-orient them I use that button.
As you can see in the default setup the little man in set to portrait but in the two screen caps it shows the little man has been set to landscape and the job is oriented incorrectly although the jobs were exported in the correct orientation.

The job is exported in portrait orientation, the default settings are portrait but Production Manager is turning them around to landscape. See screen cap.

Turn off page and tiling nesting.

Is your design a bit larger than the media?
Looks like it may be.

Try fit to media if it’s not crucial.

You could just rotate your design 90* and try to rip and print if in a pinch til you figure it out.
