I have a customer request for logos to be printed on car cover panels, prior to stitching and final cover assembly:
The fabric is 100% polyester.
7.5 oz., 600 x 600 woven
There will be 2 (possibly 3) logos per car cover.
Quantity is 70 car covers
- I have a Mutoh ValueJet 1624 and Seal Base 62 with heat
- Art working is Camera ready
- Un-sewn Fabric panel are appx. 60" x 30"
Question 1:
Is there a print media I can print on using the 1624 which can then be transferred to the cloth material via the Seat Base 62?
Question 2:
If there is not a good option for my in-house equipment, any recommendations for a producer who could handle this as a wholesale job?
