Each of my departments have different colored work orders. There are free work orders at signexpert.com. in the short time I've been here there are a lot of the same question over and over. Try the search.

We are actually moving from a computer based system to a paper system for various reasons but mostly because people are still more apt to handwrite info than type it. So for us communication is greatly increased on the front end and there is alot less questions and follow up on the back end.
