Products to use for small decals

I was asked to make small decals for an ATV and snowmobile shop in the area. The decals they have now have a really thick laminate on them. The decals are about 1.5"x3". What is the best product for this type of decal?

Plastic fenders and such? I know there's motocross specific vinyl and lam...basically low energy plastic vinyl & a 5mil lam I believe.

Yes this will go on plastic fenders, some on the box of ATVs, etc.

General Formulations 201-HTAP (high tack vinyl for low energy surfaces) or 235 Motomark vinyl.
Laminate with 238 Motomark "Armor" 8 mil thick for added protection.
